- Due to the perishable nature of cookies, we do not accept returns.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.
- Product refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion for verified claims.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
